Terms & Conditions — Righteously Roofing & Construction
Last Updated: January 1, 2026
Please read these terms and conditions before using Our Services.
Agreement to These Terms
By using our website, requesting an inspection, requesting an estimate, or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional written terms included in your proposal, invoice, scope of work, or warranty documents (collectively, the “Agreement”).
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request services.
What We Mean by “Righteously”
We take our cues from nature: protection is strongest when it’s built with intention. Like the armadillo’s armor, our process is designed to be measured, thorough, and honest—so homeowners can make decisions with clarity instead of confusion.
Service Area
We provide roofing inspections, roofing-related, and construction services primarily across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and nearby areas. Service availability may vary by scheduling, storm volume, and crew capacity.
Inspections and the Scope of an Inspection
Roof inspections are visual and non-invasive. That means:
-
We evaluate visible and reasonably accessible roofing components and related areas.
-
We do not open up walls/ceilings, remove materials, or perform destructive testing unless separately agreed in writing.
-
Some conditions may not be visible due to roof height, pitch, weather, material type, prior repairs, debris, locked access, or concealed damage.
Safety-first access: If walking the roof is unsafe or impractical, we may use drone imaging or other safe observation methods to document conditions. Drone use depends on weather, airspace limitations, and site conditions.
No guarantee of hidden conditions: Because inspections are visual, concealed issues can exist even after a thorough inspection. If we see indicators that suggest deeper evaluation, we may recommend additional specialty assessment.
Photos, Video, and Documentation
When safely possible, we may take photos and/or video (including drone footage) to document visible findings. You authorize us to capture this documentation for:
-
Providing your inspection summary and recommendations
-
Quality assurance and internal records
-
Training and marketing use only if you separately consent (recommended: add a checkbox in your form)
We will not intentionally capture private interior areas without permission.
Estimates, Pricing, and “Next Steps”
Any estimate is based on visible conditions and the scope discussed at the time it is prepared. Roofing conditions can change quickly (especially after storms), and material pricing/availability can change. Final pricing and scope are confirmed in a written proposal or signed agreement.
Our recommendation standard: We recommend repair, monitor, or replace based on what the roof actually shows—not a script, quota, or assumption.
Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Site Conditions
Appointment windows depend on weather, safety, and active storm volume.
You agree to provide safe access to the property (including gated yards and pets secured).
We may reschedule if:
-
Weather creates safety risks
-
Access is not available
-
The roof is unsafe to approach (ice, lightning, high winds, etc.)
Insurance & Storm-Related Information
If you ask for storm-damage guidance, we can explain what we observe and provide documentation.
However:
-
We do not act as your insurance company.
-
Coverage decisions are made by your insurer under your policy.
-
We cannot promise claim outcomes.
Work Authorization, Change Orders, and Materials
If you hire us for repairs or replacement:
-
Work begins only after written authorization (signature, approval, or deposit where applicable).
-
Changes requested by you—or changes required due to unforeseen conditions—may require a written change order that can affect price and timeline.
-
Material selection, color matching, and manufacturer availability may affect scheduling.
Permits, Code Compliance, and Third Parties
Where required, we will coordinate permits and inspections as agreed in your written scope. Building code requirements can vary by municipality and may change over time.
Some parts of a project may involve third parties (suppliers, manufacturer reps, specialty trades). We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties outside our control.
Limited Warranty
If we provide a workmanship warranty, it will be described in writing with the scope, duration, and exclusions.
Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by us, and are subject to their terms/registration requirements.
